In this case study, we will discuss a project we worked on for a company that had an application and a trading platform. Our responsibility was to extend their engineering team in all aspects, including the backend, frontend, and mobile. Additionally, we were responsible for developing new versions of the application, applying new financial products to the platform, and supporting their customer support operations with a team of people that spoke different languages. The project lasted over 4 years.

Background

The client was a financial technology (fintech) company that provided an application and a trading platform to their users. The application allowed users to manage their investments, track their financial portfolios, and trade stocks and other financial instruments. The trading platform provided access to financial markets and allowed users to execute trades.

The client had a large user base and was looking to expand their offering by introducing new financial products and features to their application and platform. However, they were struggling to find the right talent to support their development needs, especially in the areas of backend, frontend, and mobile development.

Our Solution

We proposed to extend their engineering team with our team of experts in backend, frontend, and mobile development. We put together a team of developers, designers, and project managers to work on the client's application and trading platform.
